Sing Psalm 122 (Tune: Azmon) Scottish Metrical Psalm 16501 I joyed when to the house of God,Go up, they said to me.2 Jerusalem, within thy gatesour feet shall standing be.3 Jerus’lem, as a city, iscompactly built together:4 Unto that place the tribes go up,the tribes of God go thither:To Isr’el’s testimony, thereto God’s name thanks to pay.5 For thrones of judgment, ev’n the thronesof David’s house, there stay.6 Pray that Jerusalem may havepeace and felicity:Let them that love thee and thy peacehave still prosperity.7 Therefore I wish that peace may stillwithin thy walls remain,And ever may thy palacesprosperity retain.8 Now, for my friends’ and brethren’s sakes,Peace be in thee, I’ll say.9 And for the house of God our Lord,I’ll seek thy good alway.
This is a testimony of God's mercies and goodness to me in my endeavour to understand and manage bipolar disorder or manic-depressive illness (a medical condition that can be treated) and other challenges in my life, by God's grace. Thank God that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us! (Romans 8:37)

Sing Psalm 93 (Tune: Argyle) 1650 Scottish Metrical Psalm1 The Lord doth reign, and clothed is hewith majesty most bright; His works do show him clothed to be,and girt about with might. The world is also stablished, that it cannot depart.2 Thy throne is fixed of old, and thoufrom everlasting art.3 The floods, O Lord, have lifted up,they lifted up their voice; The floods have lifted up their waves, and made a mighty noise.4 But yet the Lord, that is on high,is more of might by farThan noise of many waters is,or great sea-billows are.5 Thy testimonies ev’ry onein faithfulness excel; And holiness for ever, Lord, thine house becometh well.
